How do I update my email address or password?
Once you have logged in to your account, click on the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right of the page, and select Settings. Click on the pencil icon to make any necessary changes.
How do I update my name and phone number?
Once you have logged in to your account, click Profile. Click on the pencil icon in the dark grey area to make any necessary changes.
Help! I’ve stopped receiving my JobMail.
JobMail is sent to you whenever new job ads matching your search criteria are listed. Sometimes your email provider can mark your JobMail as spam and you may never receive it. Please make sure you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email account's safe list.
How do I cancel my JobMail?
To cancel your JobMail, sign in to your account and click on the My Activity tab. Scroll down to JobMail and Favourite Searches, un-tick the JobMail box next to the alert you wish to turn off, or select delete to remove both the JobMail alert and saved search.
How do I contact an employer about a job ad?
If an employer hasn’t included any contact details in their job ad, simply hit the apply button and use the free text cover letter section to write your query. When you click submit application, your query will be sent direct to the advertiser. Many of the advertisers on netmyjob have their own websites, so it can pay to search for the advertiser in a search engine, and find their contact details there.
What does netmyjob do with my application?
We send your application and attachments directly to the advertiser. Unfortunately, we don’t take any further part in the recruitment process so if you are wanting to check your application or ask further questions, it's best to contact the employer directly.
Something looks funny and netmyjob isn’t displaying properly in my browser.

Is this ad legit? How do I report a suspicious or offensive ad?
netmyjob is committed to ensuring the website is safe and secure for all jobseekers. To deliver this, every advertisement that is placed on the site undergoes a series of checks. Occasionally, some fraudulent advertisers contrive means of averting our initial electronic checks to exclude them from advertising on our site and their ad is successfully posted. If you see something that looks out of the ordinary, let us know via the ‘report this ad’ function below the advertisement.
Does netmyjob give out my details?
We take your privacy very seriously and under no circumstances do we give third parties access to resumes or email addresses without your consent. Please note that when applying for a job, your details are sent directly to the employer so whilst we remain hopeful that ads posted on the site are for legitimate and fair jobs, and that advertisers do not pass your contact details on to any third parties, we do recommend taking precautions to protect yourself against fraudulent activity.
