LeadSquared is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who is driven by the passion to serve the customers as an L1 Support Engineer (Cloud). Key responsibilities include: Prompt and diligent monitoring of various LeadSquared monitors. Understanding and ability to configure Monitors on Site24x7, New Relic, MonYog is a huge plus Provide the resolution promptly or escalate to next level, before the issue is escalated by customer Smart enough to gauge the severity of Issue and take corrective actions Have good understanding of AWS/Azure (EC2, RDS, Caching and Searching Services and host of services in AWS) is a plus. Be able to track and manage the support issues. Experience in with JIRA or any other Case management tool is a plus Interact with customers to understand the issues and also explain them the cause and timeframe of issue resolution. Requirements: A professional with 1-2 years of experience in providing L1 Support (preferably in Cloud platform) Understanding of Amazon Web Services (and various services offered by them) Sound knowledge of Web Application, support on any Cloud CRM is huge plus Awareness of windows server and Web application hosting, and be ale to trouble shoot them Strong communication skills is a must.
