Handling inbound calls/ emails/chats resolving technical and customer service issues for end users. Proficient in Connectivity troubleshooting, 3G, and 4G network issues. Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and 4G smartphones options and troubleshooting. Hiring Process : Walk - In, Face to Face Interview Job Role : Customer Service / Tech Support.
