Job Description Send me Jobs like this The Admin in the showroom is responsible for the administrative functions of the showroom including the monitoring of attendance, compliance with statutory requirements, asset maintenance and maintenance audit. The role shall be based out of the showroom to which the admin has been assigned. 1. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the admin include, but are not limited to the following: Maintenance of assets Coordination with Purchase department at HO for packing, pantry and other showroom requirements Maintenance audit of showroom Security audit of showroom Implementation of HR policies in showroom leaves, attendance etc. Liaison with all statutory and regulatory bodies for filing of required documentation Manage the housekeeping staff of the showroom 2. Desired Competencies To perform this job successfully, following competencies are critical: Knowledge of store procedures Attention to detail Ability to manage a team Good documentation skills 3. Profile Education: Graduate or equivalent Experience: At-least 3 years experience in a showroom role Age: 25-35 years 4. Key Performance Indicators No security breaches in showroom Low down time for assets in showroom Right computation of leave and employee attendance Within budget purchase spend of showroom No shortage of showroom packing material or other material required from the godown.
