Appointment Setter/Telemarketer

Job Description

* Requirements: - Minimum 1 year experience in a telephone based sales environment (preferably includes outbound calling) - Fresh Graduates with excellent business etiquette and phone manners are welcome to apply - Tech-savvy and understands IT-related technical terms - Excellent English fluency at business level and telephone communication skills - Outspoken with ability to work under pressure - Desire to exceed targets - Passion to talk with prospects to help them improve their businesses - Confident and capable in holding a discussion with senior management and decision makers. - Highly organized and good reporting skills * Responsibilities - Communicating with people across South Asia countries - Working with our Campaign Managers to develop qualified leads for our clients using the phone and a variety of cutting-edge sales tools - Achieving personal target - Understanding clients’ products and or services in order to confidently speak on behalf of them with prospective leads - Liaising with other team members on implementing the best approach to run a campaign - Delivering the best clients lead generation experience through outbound calls * What we offer: - Generous salary package - Work, life balance (regular office hours and no weekend shift) - Supportive team environment - Opportunities for career progression across SalesPond global offices - Full product training - Future opportunities to work directly with our Clients or in any of our overseas offices.
